Ferrovanadium

Ferrovanadium is a ferroalloy obtained by reducing vanadium pentoxide with carbon in an electric furnace, or by reducing vanadium pentoxide by silicon thermal method in an electric furnace. Ferrovanadium is a ferroalloy composed of vanadium and iron, mainly used as an alloy additive in steelmaking, and high-vanadium ferrovanadium is also used as an additive for non-ferrous alloys. Commonly used ferrovanadium has three types: 40%, 50%, 60% and 80% vanadium.

The role of molybdenum in steel can be summarized as improving hardenability, improving thermal strength, preventing temper brittleness, improving remanence and coercivity, and corrosion resistance in certain media, and preventing pitting corrosion.

Ferrosilicon

Ferrosilicon is an iron alloy composed of iron and silicon. Ferrosilicon is an iron-silicon alloy smelted in an electric furnace with coke, scrap steel, quartz (or silicon dioxide ) as raw materials. Metallurgical manufacturers provide four grades of ferrosilicon, 75#72#70#65#, with favorable prices, and can provide natural blocks, standard blocks, granules, powders and other processing particle sizes according to customer requirements. Specifications: 0.1mm, 1-3mm, 3-10mm, 10-50mm, 50-100mm or customized Packaging: Waterproof, woven bag ton packaging (1000KG per bag)

Ferro Silicon Manganese

Silicon manganese alloy is used for steelmaking. The melting points of the deoxidized products MnSiO₃ and Mn₂SiO₄ are 1270°C and 1327°C respectively. They have the advantages of low melting point, large particle size, easy floating, and good deoxidation effect. Specifications and particle size: natural block, 10-100mm, powder or customized according to customer requirements. Packaging: one metric ton in a large bag, or according to customer requirements

Ferro titanium 30

Titanium Ferro 30, often referred to as TiFe 30, is a specialized ferroalloy primarily used in metallurgical processes. This alloy contains titanium and iron, with a titanium content of approximately 30%. It serves as an important additive in the production of high-quality steels and various titanium-based alloys. The unique properties of Titanium Ferro 30 make it a valuable material in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.

FeV40

Ferrovanadium is a ferroalloy obtained by reducing vanadium pentoxide with carbon in an electric furnace, or by reducing vanadium pentoxide by silicon thermal method in an electric furnace. Ferrovanadium is a ferroalloy composed of vanadium and iron, mainly used as an alloy additive in steelmaking, and high-vanadium ferrovanadium is also used as an additive for non-ferrous alloys. Commonly used ferrovanadium has three types: 40%, 50%, 60% and 80% vanadium.

FeMo70

FeMo is an iron alloy composed of molybdenum and iron, generally containing 50%-70% molybdenum, and is used as an alloying additive in steelmaking. Ferromolybdenum is an alloy of molybdenum and iron. Its main use is as a molybdenum additive in steelmaking. Adding molybdenum to steel can make the steel have a uniform fine grain structure, improve the hardenability of steel, help eliminate temper brittleness, and alloys with special physical properties. Adding molybdenum to cast iron can improve its strength and wear resistance.

FeV50

The vanadium content of the iron and vanadium master alloy (fe-v binary alloy) is not less than 35.0% (by weight) and not more than 85.0% (by weight). Vanadium is a member of the vanadium family of elements on the periodic table, with an atomic number of 23, an atomic weight of 50.942, a melting point of 1887 degrees and a boiling point of 3337 degrees. About 80% of vanadium and iron are used as alloying elements in steel. Specifications: Natural block, 10-100mm, powder or customized according to customer requirements. Packaging: iron drum packaging (100KG per barrel)

Ferrosilicon 72

Ferrosilicon is an iron alloy composed of iron and silicon. Ferrosilicon is an iron-silicon alloy smelted in an electric furnace with coke, scrap steel, quartz (or silicon dioxide ) as raw materials. Metallurgical manufacturers provide four grades of ferrosilicon, 75#72#70#65#, with favorable prices, and can provide natural blocks, standard blocks, granules, powders and other processing particle sizes according to customer requirements. Ferrosilicon 65

65 Ferrosilicon is mainly an iron alloy composed of iron and silicon. Since silicon and oxygen are easily combined into silicon dioxide, ferrosilicon is often used as a deoxidizer in steelmaking. The oxidation reaction itself is an exothermic reaction. Can increase the temperature of molten steel. At the same time, ferrosilicon can also be used as an alloying element additive, which is widely used in low-alloy structural steel, spring steel, bearing steel and electrical silicon steel. At the same time, ferrosilicon is often used as a reducing agent in ferroalloy production and chemical industry. Standard block: generally 10-100mm. Ferrosilicon particles: 1-3mm, 3-8mm, etc.
